WHY

These are difficult times for many in the martial arts community. Schools have had to close down, teachers are losing their livelihoods, and students are left without a sanctuary for learning self-defense and mentorship.

That's why Tiga Tactics wants to make a difference

We're hosting this live symposium to help raise funds for the Academy of Traditional Asian Fighting Arts in Maryland. The school is run by Sensei/Guru Scott Sobel and is one of the few traditional Silat schools open to the public in North America.

Sadly, the academy has been hit hard by the pandemic and its future is uncertain.

We can't let this martial arts gem close down! Therefore, all proceeds from this online seminar will go directly to the Academy to help keep its doors open and give its students a place to learn authentic self-defense!
